About the Role:
- Serve as a consultative closer who leads with empathy
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
- Guide clients from first inquiry to confirmed enrollment
What You'll Do:
- Respond to all new inquiries on the same day with urgency
- Build referral relationships with external partners over time
- Maintain accurate, same-day CRM records on all contacts
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in a high-volume phone role in sales, recruiting, or similar
- Proven track record hitting conversion or enrollment targets
- Bilingual required: English and Spanish with CRM proficiency
