  • Strong phone presence and professional communication skills.
  • Excellent follow-up habits and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real estate, property management, or investor-relations experience.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Spanish language skills.
