About the Role:
- Own the expansion into hospitals and health systems, from strategy to shipped capability.
- Work alongside Product as an advisor and decision-maker, running the workstreams.
- Keep leadership informed of progress and risk, escalating early.
What You'll Do:
- Define how Pivotal evaluates, prices, and presents facility claims in IDR.
- Translate facility-billing knowledge into build-ready product requirements.
- Develop the arbitration framework and templates for facility offers and briefs.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years in hospital revenue cycle, managed care, or reimbursement.
- Fluency with 837I/835, revenue codes, HCPCS/CPT, ICD-10, UB-04.
- Able to write persuasive, evidence-based arguments and lead cross-functional work.
