Job Description

Identify and engage potential clients within the TPA, broker, and consulting ecosystem. Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to drive market expansion. Partner with the VP, Sales Leader to align on sales strategy and execute client visits, presentations, and negotiations. Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions across Nomi’s suite of analytics, PBM, and network products. Leverage market research and networking to generate qualified leads and new opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics. Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to align on client needs and deliverables. Travel up to 50% for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
