Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

• Connect fast-growing North American companies with exceptional talent from Latin America.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients in the U.S. and Canada for remote hiring solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Articulate Typescouts' value proposition and book discovery calls for qualified leads.
• Maintain CRM with accurate lead information and activity logs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services.
• Experience selling to North American markets and excellent English communication skills.
