Order Management Representative 1 – US Remote

Order Management:

• Ensures customer orders are appropriately entered into the order management system.
• Measures product demand and prepares forecasts based on pending or historical orders.
• Maximizes sales/revenue while minimizing cost/waste.

Customer Service:

• Provides customer services relating to sales, promotions, installations, and communications.
• Ensures good customer relations are maintained.
• Resolves customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develops organization-wide initiatives to educate customers.
• Develops improvement plans based on customer surveys.
• May confirm details and availability of complex orders.
