About the Role:
- Utilize your expertise in Motive.
- Helping our Operations department with Sales order completion and modifications.
- Challenging legacy policies and procedures that complicate quote, order, invoice processing
What You'll Do:
- Sales Order creation for additional hardware.
- Working on returns cases.
- Working on Salesforce and Zuora
What We're Looking For:
- Technical Acumen with understanding of customer delivery process
- Strong analytical skills with numbers
- Strong Business Communication Skills in English.
