What you'll do:

Serve as primary GTM legal contact and negotiate commercial contracts independently.
Run deals end to end, pulling in relevant teams when needed.
Establish scalable legal infrastructure: playbooks, templates, contract automation, AI-assisted review.

What you bring:

JD and active bar in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction.
5+ years of commercial transactional experience with depth in SaaS and technology agreements.
Strong legal operations instincts and sound business judgment to frame risk pragmatically.
