Senior Principal Platform Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical advisory role, helping customers establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that improve outcomes.
• Ensure customers use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and technical health.
• Work with customers across executive, platform owner, and development teams during the selling, structuring, and implementation of solutions.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years progressive experience in professional services or equivalent education.
• Management consulting experience and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Enterprise architecture and cloud application technology experience.
