Customer Solutions Engineer

Accountabilities:

• You will develop deep expertise in the platform to help customers address application reliability challenges.
• You will support customers through technical evaluations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• You will build trusted relationships with engineering teams and share feedback to influence product improvements.

Requirements:

• You should have professional experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as software engineering or technical consulting.
• You should have strong technical skills with ability to read, write, and debug code, particularly JavaScript or Node.js.
• You should be comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and customer outcomes.
