Global Sales Operations Specialist

We’ve grown from a small Polish startup into a global SaaS company and are now hiring a remote Global Sales Operations Specialist to join our Global Sales team. If you’re passionate about improving systems and driving clarity, this role is for you. You'll help unify sales processes, support daily operations, and build scalable solutions. You will be the main operational partner to the Sales teams across the globe and analyze local processes and develop solutions and processes that fit multiple countries’ needs. You will also drive implementation of global projects in coordination with local structures, be a guardian of quality and consistency in our systems and create automations related to Sales process. You'll also design, implement & maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports. The location can be remote in Europe, with a preference for Madrid, Barcelona or other Spain.
