Play a key role in shaping how our products are released and communicated, from market-facing launch campaigns to ongoing internal education. Bring a mix of technical understanding and customer empathy to everything you do, helping turn features into benefits and customer value. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills and experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
Plan the launches of new products and enhancements, and coordinate the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Lead and create product launch communications, both internally and externally, including data sheets, demo videos, customer communications, sales deck slides, and more. Develop and co-lead enablement sessions for all GTM teams on upcoming product launches and releases. Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with IT buyers in collaboration with product management, sales, and marketing. Create product-related content to support lead generation, sales enablement and customer education. Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to support ad hoc product marketing activities such as persona development, customer testimonials, market and competitive analysis, customer events, and go-to-market strategies.
