Senior Channel Account Managers are part of a team at Huntress who play a critical role in driving revenue through engagement, expansion, and retention across our partner base. This role is critical in expanding our relationships with our partners while helping them deliver cybersecurity to their customers through the Huntress platform. As an individual contributor, your primary measures of success will be net dollar retention, gross dollar retention, partner loyalty, and satisfaction.
You will achieve and exceed quota based on both expansion metrics and renewal rates, working with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service. You will also maintain and reinforce Huntressβ culture building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations.
