Drive Lime’s growth and operational strategy in New York City as Operations Manager. Be the operational expert for New York, championing operational excellence and owning end-to-end operational improvements. Build and maintain relationships that drive community support and ensure compliance with local policies and regulations. Coordinate the RFP process for expansion opportunities and service area agreements. Monitor performance and take ownership of key metrics that drive the market's P&L. You will also maintain your market’s P&L and you’ll manage a small team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure everyone performs at their best.
