Job Description
The Shift Lead will lead and support the Dispatcher and Support Specialists on duty, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and smooth collaboration. They will serve as the point of escalation for urgent client or operational issues, making confident and timely decisions. This person will provide real-time coaching and feedback to elevate service quality and efficiency, as well as monitor queue health for support inquiries and dispatch tasks, proactively reallocating resources to meet SLAs.
The ideal candidate is a confident leader, operationally sharp, customer-obsessed, a clear communicator, and solution-oriented. They should have 2+ years in a customer service or dispatch-related role with leadership or team-lead experience.
