Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue by identifying and creating value for existing PAR franchisee customers through the execution of PAR’s sales process. A strong focus on team development, strategic growth, and accountability is critical to success. This role leads a team dedicated to expanding and nurturing our franchisee customer base and contributes to refining PAR’s go-to-market strategy.
Drive bookings and pipeline development through upselling to existing franchisee accounts. Lead a team of Franchisee Account Managers to meet or exceed performance goals. Execute strategic sales plans that align with customer needs and business outcomes. Develop short- and long-term objectives to grow franchisee sales. Forecast sales activity and manage performance goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies. Promote PAR products and services with technical and market insight. Train and onboard team members for rapid contribution. Maintain expert knowledge of PAR’s offerings and competitive landscape. Manage department expenditures within budget constraints.
