Drive Samsara’s go-to-market expansion across LATAM and Mexico as an Account Development Representative (ADR) Manager. Lead the continued growth of our organization by managing a high-performing team of eight, while recruiting, developing, and empowering new talent to scale our impact. As one of our ADR leaders in the region, you’ll lead the continued growth of our organization. You'll lead the ADR organization as part of the LATAM/Mexico go-to-market leadership team, responsible for hiring, developing, and scaling a world-class pipeline generation engine in the region. Act as a subject matter expert on prospecting strategies, sales development best practices, and regional market dynamics. Foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team culture, focused on growth, accountability, and excellence.
