- Supervise Cloud TAMs and Engineers, coaching performance and development.
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and cross-training to build a high-performing team.
Escalation & Service Delivery:
- Assign accounts and Engineer coverage based on complexity and profitability.
- Act as escalation point for critical issues and ensure QBRs and RCA reviews.
