Manager - Business Development (Asia Packaging & Labels)

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company by partnering with RRD Sales to identify new business opportunities with existing customers, leveraging strategic partnerships, and leading initiatives that enhance the company’s market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of business, financials, RRD's products/services in Packaging, Labels and Supply Chain, and the challenges of clients. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for all business development initiatives for the Asia packaging & label platform, developing colleagues’ and customers’ understanding of services and solutions, working closely with National Sales, Strategy, and Business Development to vet new opportunities, following up on Packaging & label Opportunities in Salesforce, identifying and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, exploring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with sales rep, overseeing the preparation of proposals and presentations, and collaborating with senior management to define and prioritize initiatives.
