Estágio em Customer Success

Role Overview:

• Support Customer Success consultants in the Massa segment (low-touch, fully remote model).
• Contact clients to resolve operational issues, generate digital maps (nematodes and others), and send Cropwise reports.
• Automate journeys via HubSpot and WhatsApp, and manage tasks and projects to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in Agronomy, Biosystems, Forestry, Environmental Engineering or related fields with expected graduation in December 2028.
• Organization and time management skills, basic knowledge of GIS software (maps and geoprocessing for digital and precision agriculture).
• Proactivity, resilience, quick learning, and good written and verbal communication.
