About the Role:
- Build and run outbound outreach to school mental health professionals using research, email, and phone calls.
- Own messaging by creating cold sequences, event campaigns, and follow-up tailored to the audience.
- Convert interest into active referral partnerships by booking conversations and engaging with partners.
Who You Are:
- 2-4 years in outbound, BDR/SDR, demand gen, or growth, with hands-on tool experience.
- Skilled in both email and phone outreach, with strong copywriting abilities.
- Care about youth mental health and have real research instincts.
