The Role:

• You'll be the engine of our outbound motion, working directly with the CEO and Director of Partnerships.
• You'll identify, engage, and qualify behavioral health organizations to build pipeline.
• This is a great fit if you're curious, driven, and want meaningful work at a fast-moving startup.

What You'll Do:

• Build and execute outbound sequences across behavioral health organizations.
• Research high-fit prospects and personalize outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain clean pipeline data in CRM and contribute to weekly reviews.
