Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops.
Qualifications:
- Business process experience on at least one ServiceNow suite and two process areas outside that suite.
- Strong functional knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suite.
- Certified System Administration (preferred) and two years of ServiceNow experience.
