Accountabilities:
- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements and user stories for ServiceNow IRM implementations.
- Understand customer processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend strategies.
- Own business requirements, define priorities, and ensure alignment between clients, end users, and delivery teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in business process consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including IRM.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in iterative delivery.
