About the Role:
- You will be responsible for researching vehicle values and negotiating total loss settlements with excellent customer service.
- You will review DMV reports, confirm title status, and secure necessary documents for accurate claim resolution.
What You'll Do:
- Gather and analyze market information to determine actual cash value of vehicles and negotiate settlements.
- Contact insureds and claimants, handle correspondence, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with adjusters and body shops to manage storage fees and property damage approvals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Experience in total loss handling or customer service; ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
- Must obtain a Company sponsored Adjuster's license and have a dedicated workspace.
