Key Responsibilities:
- Handle basic investigation regarding most aspects of auto claims (coverage, liability and damages).
- Identify customer needs and work to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills.
- Apply a basic understanding of systems and technology used within the company.
What We Offer:
- Base compensation of $20.77 - $29.57 hourly, plus incentive pay where applicable.
