Senior Associate - Strategy and Operations

About the Team:

• You will join the DoorDash Drive GTM Growth team, supporting new verticals for a hyper-growth platform serving restaurants, grocers, and retailers.
• The GTM team is focused on getting merchants launched quickly and efficiently, setting both parties up for long-term success.
• This business line is fast-growing, fast-paced, and obsessed with efficiency.

About the Role:

• You will design the playbook for measuring and growing new Merchant volume for one of our newest business lines.
• You will become an expert on the product, operations, and Merchants, and be on the forefront of expansion.
• You will build models, create documents, and implement processes to win deals, increase wallet share, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Your Impact:

• You will bring structure to undefined opportunities by creating and implementing high-impact playbooks, models, processes, and tools.
