About the Role:
- Be the DoorDash owner of two BPO partners with multiple sites and 2K+ agents.
- Single point of accountability for partners' performance against full CX matrix.
- Report to Director, Partner Success.

- Own relationship for one to two BPO partners against performance matrix.
- Run performance management and produce Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews.
- Proactively diagnose performance issues and design remediation.

- Have a full-time degree from IIT or IIM with 5+ years operations experience.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment, owner mentality focused on quality.
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong communication skills for senior leadership.
