Role Overview:

  • Own the success and growth of Sure's Agency partner relationships.
  • Manage partner health, GWP growth, and program outcomes across assigned accounts.
  • Report to the VP of Customer Success within the Strategic CS segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with EPD and Sprint Planner to keep delivery on track.
  • Gather partner requirements and hand off technical decisions.
  • Track project health and flag delays proactively.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in customer success, account management, or partnerships.
  • Experience owning GWP or revenue metrics for a book of accounts.
  • Strong relationship builder and clear communicator comfortable with ambiguity.
