What You'll Do:
- Proactive support to agency technical inquiries and problems via Slack, Support chat, and email.
- Work closely with the Agency Partner Managers to deepen relationships and identify expansion areas.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Support to deliver maximum value.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience servicing customers in ecomm from a SaaS or agency environment.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy in a collaborative team environment.
