Role Focus:
- Drive DoorDash's employee advocacy strategy for customer-facing teams.
- Partner with HR, Employment Legal, and business leaders on employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations cases and guide leaders to mitigate risk.
- Use analytics and AI tools to identify and act on workforce trends.
- Deliver training and site-specific action plans to improve leadership.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $136,000-$200,000 USD plus equity.
