Role Overview:
- You will own a cohort of students end-to-end, from progress tracking to final placement or upskilling.
- You facilitate group sessions, bring in specialists when needed, and maintain ownership of each student's outcome.
What You'll Do:
- Run regular group sessions and check-ins, primarily facilitating rather than lecturing.
- Identify when a student needs deep technical instruction or a niche mock interview and coordinate access to the right coach.
- Track and drive each student's progress against weekly/monthly targets and placement-guarantee conditions.
Who You Are:
- You are technical enough to speak credibly with working IT professionals on cloud, DevOps, and AI career paths.
- You are accountable and proactive, not just monitoring but actively moving the needle.
- You thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment and are comfortable working a 10 PM–8 AM shift to cover US time zones.
