Technical Enablement:
- Equip regional reseller partners with technical knowledge needed to sell and support Huntress solutions.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain tactical sales collateral, including decks, demos, and battle cards.
Partner Support:
- Serve as the technical advisor for reseller sellers, joining customer calls and managing proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Onboard new reseller partners to the Huntress platform, including NFR environments and demo setups.
- Provide hands-on demos, PoVs, and technical support to help regional partners win deals.
Communication and Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between regional partners and Huntress product teams, providing clear feedback.
- Support regional events, roadshows, and joint customer engagements.
- Translate technical concepts into business value.
