Job Description
Your responsibilities include partner relationship management through serving as the primary point of contact for assigned VAR partners. This strengthens trust-based relationships. You will also design and execute partner business plans and GTM strategies to drive growth and market expansion. In addition, collaborating with leadership and internal sales teams helps align partner strategies with overall business objectives.
Other responsibilities include: Lead partner enablement activities through training, sales plays, and marketing initiatives. Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue outcomes. Represent the organization externally, including presentations and demos to partner stakeholders.
In this role, you have the opportunity to identify and resolve operational roadblocks to improve deal velocity and operational efficiency. Expertise lies in managing the reseller partner lifecycle, from recruitment to ongoing relationship management, training, and enablement. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are needed for diverse audiences.
