Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end IT provisioning for new hires, including hardware ordering and account creation.
- Provide technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and ensure access compliance.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in IT support and workplace technology in a remote environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered automation and platforms like Claude, Zapier, or n8n.
- Strong process-mapping skills and ability to work independently.
Benefits:
- Salary $70,000–$95,000 USD, fully remote within the US.
