Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a healthy territory of high-fit accounts to generate demand and build early relationships.
  • Use modern tools, including AI-powered workflows, to personalize outreach and improve performance for consistent target achievement.
  • Partner with marketing on in-person and virtual events to collaborate on demand generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Sales or Business Development role within a SaaS or B2B company, with proactive engagement skills via email and phone.
  • Coachable, accountable, and performance-driven attitude, thriving in dynamic environments and hitting targets.
  • Confident communicator across multiple channels, enthusiastic about building a sales career and articulating Paddle's value.
