Job Description

Account Management and Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth by building and managing strategic accounts.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with accounts and maximize cross-sales opportunities.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, strategy, goals, and pain points.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Implement sales tactics to achieve corporate revenue/profit goals.
  • Prospect to identify high-quality clients and qualify assigned accounts.
  • Create proposals, negotiate deals, and maintain an accurate pipeline of deals.

Client Relationship and Communication:

  • Foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant service delivery areas.
  • Help identify and manage risks within client engagements and solve conflicts.
