Job Description

You will be providing high-level technical support to primarily Norwegian customers and managing and resolving incidents and support tickets according to defined SLAs. You will proactively monitor system performance and identify issues before they escalate; coordinate software upgrades, installations, and platform configurations in a Linux environment. You will also be delivering training sessions to clients as needed and collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to improve platform resilience. Finally, you will report on progress to management and supporting the delivery of ongoing improvement initiatives.
