Role Overview:

  • This is a field-based, entry-level Account Management role focused on merchant onboarding and in-store execution.
  • The role involves driving early program adoption across a defined territory, and is the starting point of the sales track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own an assigned portfolio of merchant accounts, conduct regular field visits, and build relationships with store managers.
  • Execute new merchant onboarding and in-store training, driving applications and reinforcing adoption behaviors.
  • Monitor account performance, identify underperformers, and execute corrective action plans.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong relationship builder with effective communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles, with a valid driver's license.
  • Experience in retail, lease-to-own, or consumer financing is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Culture:

  • Base salary $55,000–$65,000 with OTE up to $85,000 annually, plus 80% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance.
