Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Training Manager (RTM), the Regional Training Officer (RTO) is responsible for delivering training across all stations within their assigned region. This includes conducting both classroom and practical training sessions for initial and refresher programs. The RTO will be a subject matter expert in at least one operational function while also being adaptable to deliver and assess a wide range of training programs. Additionally, they will support On-the-Job Coaches (OJC) at each station, ensuring that location-specific training requirements are met and that all training aligns with Swissport’s Training Policy and Procedures. Regular training assessments will be conducted to maintain and uphold operational standards.
The RTO will be based at one of the following locations but will be required to travel across all stations as needed.
