Job Description

WorkWave is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist Level II to own the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical and business roles. This includes partnering with hiring managers to build customized recruitment strategies, developing proactive sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and delivering a white-glove candidate experience. Responsibilities include managing interviews, extending offers, and maintaining data in the ATS (Lever preferred). The role involves collaborating with global offices, contributing to employer branding, and supporting general HR initiatives. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, and 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment. Familiarity with ATS systems is required, and Lever experience is strongly preferred. The candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as up-to-date knowledge of hiring laws.
