Responsibilities:

  • Own the coordination and support of Hub and Coach events.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and strategic usability of Expansion data across platforms.
  • Cultivate a culture of appreciation, connection, and belonging among Hub and Coach leaders.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years of Experience with Alpha (on staff or as volunteer).
  • Strong leadership, organizational and team building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Character:
