  • Use rewards and recognition to drive sustained engagement across the community.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the leaders of the Community Experience, Rewards, and Alumni Relations teams.
  • Establish clear goals, metrics, and reporting structures to measure community impact.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team capable of scaling community initiatives across multiple markets.
