Senior Benefits Consultant

Supporting Sales:

• Own the positioning and selling of benefits on our platform in the UK & Ireland.
• Have deep knowledge and expertise in employee benefits in the UK.
• Ensure that sales & benefits work seamlessly together.

Product & Benefits Strategy:

• Collect and synthesize prospect and client feedback.
• Support GTM with sales enablement materials.
• Assist in delivering product-led motions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, expansion, and leadership.
• Own specific tasks/workstreams end-to-end.
• Collaborate with international colleagues, clients, and partners.
