Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support, coordinate meetings, and lead specific projects.
- Assist in creating, drafting, and editing written materials, presentations, and reports.
- Provide administrative leadership to Annual Support Campaign functions and support special events.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2+ years of work experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment; strong organizational and customer service skills.
Schedule:
- 2-month temporary contract with around 20-30 hours per week.
- Remote work within San Diego County Region.
Training and Compliance:
- Must complete CPR/AED, and First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire.
- Fingerprinting and background check required per state law and government funders.
