Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support, coordinate meetings, and lead specific projects.
  • Assist in creating, drafting, and editing written materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Provide administrative leadership to Annual Support Campaign functions and support special events.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2+ years of work experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment; strong organizational and customer service skills.

Schedule:

  • 2-month temporary contract with around 20-30 hours per week.
  • Remote work within San Diego County Region.

Training and Compliance:

  • Must complete CPR/AED, and First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Fingerprinting and background check required per state law and government funders.
