Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-touch engagement through inbound and outbound calls, email, and online scheduling.
- Schedule Speech Language Pathologists for device demos, webinars, and in-services.
- Coordinate loaner device shipments and recalls to ensure timely educational activities.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in basic computer programs and willingness to learn new systems.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- 1-2 years related experience in customer service, sales, or administration.
Additional Information:
- Remote work with a requirement to maintain a safe, productive home office.
- Hours Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, open to various US time zones.
- Travel up to two times per year within the US for in-person meetings.
