Purpose:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the pre-trial phase of the Lingraphica At-Home AAC device trial.
- Educate caregivers, individuals with communication disorders, and clinicians on the benefits of Lingraphica's offerings.
- Guide clients through the beginning stages of the consumer-sales process to ensure a positive experience.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct engagement conversations through inbound/outbound calls, email, and online chat.
- Provide comprehensive AAC device demos to consumers and screen new clients for trial appropriateness.
- Document all customer interactions in CRM and report weekly metrics to support team goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field preferred.
- 2 years of B2C or B2B customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and online chat tools.
- AAC experience and familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms strongly preferred.
