Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process from initial intake to successful candidate placement for entry-level to management level roles, or bulk hiring. You will advise hiring managers throughout the search with candidate data and best practices. Furthermore, you will lead intake meetings, gathering requirements and understanding business goals, and manage and review any inbound applications. You will also conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, values alignment, and potential for success within 1Password. The role requires fostering a positive candidate experience, building trusting relationships with hiring managers, and participating in team projects and trainings. The annual base salary for this role is between $87,000 USD and $117,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program.
