Medical Information Specialist - (French & English Speaking)

About the Role:

• You will deliver medical communications services including responding to drug information requests and adverse event intake.
• You will work remotely from home within European working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate English documents into French and deliver responses via phone or in writing.
• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Identify and process adverse events and product complaints per regulations and SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Requires a life sciences or healthcare degree; pharmacy degree preferred.
• Must have native French and fluent English (C1) with strong clinical background.
• Experience in call center, medical information, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Additional Information:

• Full-time home office position with potential travel up to 10%.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK or European Union.
