Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (English/French) - Remote based in Portugal

Role Overview:

• Provide professional and empathetic bilingual support to patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
• Work remotely from Portugal for a major pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails regarding product and general inquiries.
• Identify and report potential Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints.
• Document case notes in the CRM and assist with temperature excursion inquiries.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of pharma/biotech call center experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and Vonage is preferred.
